NEW YORK, December 22, 2017 – NYSE Arca, Inc. (“NYSE Arca”) announced today that the staff of NYSE Regulation has determined to commence proceedings to delist the iPath Bloomberg Natural Gas Subindex Total Return ETN (the “Notes”) -- ticker symbol GAZ -- issued by Barclays Bank PLC (the "Company") from NYSE Arca.  Trading in the notes on NYSE Arca will be suspended before the open of trading on December 22, 2017.

The delisting decision was reached because such condition exists, which in the opinion of the Exchange, makes further dealings on the Exchange inadvisable pursuant to NYSE Arca Rule 5.2-E(j)(6)(B)(II)(2) (b)(iii). Specifically, the Notes are no longer suitable for listing based on abnormally low trading prices.

NYSE Arca will apply to the SEC to delist the Notes upon completion of all applicable procedures.
