NYBOT to End FINEX® Evening Session in New York

New York, NY (June 26, 2007) - The New York Board of Trade (NYBOT), a wholly-owned subsidiary of IntercontinentalExchange (NYSE: ICE), announced today that, effective with the start of trading for the business day of July 2, 2007, the Exchange will no longer hold the FINEX evening floor session that has been held each business day from 7PM to 10PM ET. The last session will be
held on Thursday, June 28, for Friday, June 29, 2007.

With the elimination of the New York evening floor session, the floor trading day for all NYBOT currency futures and options contracts will begin with the Dublin floor session at 7AM, local Dublin time. The electronic trading day for the US Dollar Index (USDX®) futures contract will continue to run from 8PM ET on the prior day through 4:15PM ET on the business day.
