Andrew Surdykowski is General Counsel of Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (NYSE: ICE). Surdykowski oversees ICE’s legal affairs globally, including public company compliance, corporate governance matters and serving as ICE’s key legal advisor.

Surdykowski joined ICE in September 2005. He previously served as Senior Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary. Before joining ICE, Surdykowski was an attorney at McKenna, Long & Aldridge (now known as Dentons), where he practiced in the corporate law group. His experience at McKenna, Long & Aldridge included representing a broad array of clients in matters dealing with securities, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, finance and private equity.

Surdykowski holds a law degree from the Georgia State University College of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
