Regulation Overview
ICE's markets are overseen by regulators around the globe including the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), the U.K. Financial Services Authority (FSA), the Manitoba Securities Commission (MSC), the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the U.S. Federal Reserve, among others.
